At The Alien Flow, we strive to deliver quality products with care and precision. Each order is thoroughly inspected twice before being shipped, to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

🚫 No Returns (if) – Exchange Only

We currently do not accept returns if damage is from our end . However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both parties.

✅ Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be exchanged.

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

A full video recording of the unboxing (starting from the sealed package to showing the issue clearly) is required for any exchange to be approved.

⚠️ No exchange request will be considered without a valid unboxing video.

🔁 Exchange Process

Once we receive and review your request and video proof, we will confirm whether your item is eligible for exchange.

If approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our side.

A replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned item.
